IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Presentation of the TMBC Local Plan on Friday 12th December at 7pm
HLRA has been in dialogue with Matt Boughton, Head of TMBC, regarding the proposals for the development of approx. 1300 houses on the northern and western boundaries of Holborough Lakes. Matt Boughton has agreed to come along and present the Local Plan, which guides decisions on future development proposals, to Holborough Lakes residents. HLRA statement - TMBC Local Plan
The HLRA would like to advise residents of the draft TMBC Local Plan 2024-2042. This plan includes a proposal for permitting a development of 1,300 new homes on land bordering the north and western boundaries of Holborough Lakes.
