John and the Estate Gardening team have enough salt and are ready to deploy to the problem areas on the roads at junctions, roundabouts and pathways. A further delivery of salt is expected today and the team are ready to go aligned with the BBC weather forecast for tomorrow - possible snow. There are 9 Salt Bins located across Holborough Lakes and are fully charged ready for use. Residents are permitted to use the salt bins and are doing so. Some residents have started deploy

TMBC have changed the normal collection schedule. HL residents will now have refuse collected in the Wednesday rather than Tuesday as follows: Wednesday 31 December - general waste and food bins Wednesday 7 January - recycling and food bins https://www.tmbc.gov.uk/bins-waste/christmas-waste-collections Please remember that all bins and green containers should only, at the earliest, be put out the evening prior to scheduled collection (that’s Today for collection tomorrow).
