Deadline to submit responses to TMBC Local plan is today (2nd Jan 2026)!

The deadline for submission of comments regarding the Local Plan consultation to build 1300 houses around Holborough Lakes is TODAY!

The leader of the Council is clear this consultation stage is really important 👇

Our comments will help protect Holborough Lakes and improvements for reflection in the final plan:

🌳 Green space and environmental protection

🚗 Enhance roads and transport networks

🏫Ensure adequate schools and healthcare provision

🏘️ Protect the existing development

💧 Flooding and drainage
