HLRA statement - TMBC Local Plan

The HLRA would like to advise residents of the draft TMBC Local Plan 2024-2042. This plan includes a proposal for permitting a development of 1,300 new homes on land bordering the north and western boundaries of Holborough Lakes. We wish to encourage residents to review the Local Plan and provide feedback. The closing date for this consultation is 2nd January 2026.
TMBC requires residents to express their specific concerns for them to provide evidence to the relevant authorities, such as KCC, NHS, etc, to ensure that steps are taken to provide the necessary supporting infrastructure in a timely manner.
