This is much more than a routine meeting. It is your opportunity to hear directly about what is happening across Holborough Lakes, ask questions and help shape the future of our community.

The meeting will include:

✅ The Chair’s Annual Report

✅ Reports from Berkeley Homes, RMG and Southern Housing

✅ The latest information about the transition from Berkeley Homes to Holborough Management Ltd

✅ An important call to action concerning the TMBC Local Plan, which could directly affect Holborough Lakes

✅ An open opportunity for residents to raise questions

✅ The election of the new HLRA Committee

At the AGM, the current committee formally stands down and elections take place. If you care about what happens at Holborough Lakes—whether or not you want to join the committee—this is your chance to listen, question, contribute and have your say.

Poor attendance means decisions and discussions affecting the whole development can be shaped by only a small number of residents. Please come along and make sure your voice is represented.
